How it works

From doctor's SMS to your door in three steps.

  1. Paste your token

    Your doctor sends an eScript by SMS or email. Open it, copy the token, and paste it into FastMeds. We identify the medicine, strength and repeats automatically.

  2. Check out

    Sign in with a one-time code, confirm your Medicare and concession details, and your PBS price is applied. Add scripts for family members to the same cart.

  3. Receive it

    A pharmacist reviews your order before it's packed. Track it by SMS through to delivery, or pick it up from the pharmacy when it's ready.

Add your children, partner or parents and keep each person's scripts in their own column. Their Medicare details, allergies and repeats stay separate, and you can order for everyone in one checkout.

An eScript is an electronic prescription your doctor sends by SMS or email. It contains a link and a token (a short code, usually shown under a QR code). Copy the token or the whole link and paste it into FastMeds.
